Although strictly vorbidden by European legislation and most of national texts, tied selling has become a regular practice in the consumers IT market of computers.
The consequences are simple :
- an artificial and monopolistic market in the sale of PCs to consumers and small companies ;
- a discrimination towards alternative technologies whose spread and adoption among the society are blocked or slowed down.
